Step One – Select Your Garments

Download and review the Kalibazar garment catalogue, select the clothing you wish to be included in your shop from the range available. Once you have your general selection, you will need to decide whether you want to personalise your garments with the various options Kalibazar have available. You will also need to decide whether you want to include the junior clothing range to your online store.

Kalibazar allow for up to four sponsors to be put on tops and personalisation of initials under the club badge free of charge, you can also have names and numbers on the back of tops for a small additional fee (added to the cost of the garment on checkout)

Step Two – Send us your Badge or Logo

For the next step Kalibazar will need your club badge, a high quality photo of any existing embroidery and images of any sponsor logos you may have. If you already have digitised versions of your club badge and sponsor logos that is of great help.

Outline what colours you wish the club badge to have on the different colour garments, for instance most shops will have a standard club badge for light garments and alternate for dark, this could be as simple as changing the colour of the text.

Step Three – Select your Margin

Confirm with Kalibazar whether you wish to make any additional margin on the shop to be paid as ‘commission’ to your club on all sales made via the online shop.

Kalibazar have a full commission module built into the portal (more in step 6) so you can track what you make from every sale. Kalibazar also give you the option to request your commission whenever you wish allowing you complete control over your funds.

Step Four – Let us Build your Shop

As soon as you are happy with all of the above, a member of the shop building team will build your online shop for you using the information detailed in steps 1–3. The shop build process involves creating digital images representing how you garments will look once they have been produced.

Step Five – Review your New Shop

Once you have reviewed and accepted your shop it will be switched on for public access and you will be given direct links so you can add them to your club’s website. Doing so will help drive traffic to your shop and therefore get your club kitted out in the latest clothing quickly. Before any orders are put into production, you will be sent images of your club badge and any sponsor logos to make sure you are happy with the colours and embroidery; these will need to be confirmed before production can begin.

Step Six – Keep Track of your shop with the Kalibazar Portal

With your shop now up and running you will be issued with a login to the online portal. The portal sits behind your club shop and is able to give you useful information and statistics about how your shop is running.

The portal is packed full of features which will allow you to better manage the clothing solution for your club including SAKS (Subscriptions and Kit System). There is more information about these features available in the resources section.
